  • Place frozen meatballs in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Add salt, pepper, thyme, garlic, onion soup, beef broth, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, heavy cream, and cornstarch to a medium bowl. Whisk together and pour over meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes, and enjoy!

Notes

  • If the consistency of the gravy is too thin, you can thicken it by creating a mixture of cornstarch and water. Combine 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 teaspoons of water to make a slurry. Adjust the amount as necessary to achieve the desired thickness.
  • How  To Make Homemade Meatballs: In a large bowl, add all the ingredients listed below and divide into 38-40 meatballs. After making the meatballs, add them to a skillet over medium-high heat and brown them. You may have to do this is several batches.
