Creamy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese

This Creamy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese is easy to make and turns out perfectly smooth and velvety every time. You only need a few simple ingredients to have a delicious bowl of comfort that the whole family will love! Best of all, it is all made in the slow cooker.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni noodles
  • 4 cups milk
  • 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, DO NOT use pre-shredded cheese)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese (cut into 8 cubes)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Rinse pasta in cold water and drain. Add to the slow cooker.
  • Add milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2½ hours. Stir halfway through to mix everything together.
  • Fifteen minutes before cook time is up, add in sour cream. Mix well to incorporate and cover. Continue to cook for 15 minutes.
  • Server while hot and enjoy.
