Crock Pot Creamed Corn

This southern classic Crock Pot Creamed Corn is made with simple ingredients and cooked in the slow cooker for a fuss-free dish. Whether you're serving it as a side or an entree, this creamy corn will be a hit amongst friends and family!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 (15.25 oz) cans whole kernel corn (drained)
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup butter (cut into 8 slices)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cut into 8 cubes)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a 4-quart slow cooker, add drained corn, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Place cream cheese and butter evenly over the corn.
  • Cover and cook on high and cook for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours
  • Fifteen minutes before cook time is complete, add cheddar cheese and mix until well combined. Cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes.
  • Serve while hot and enjoy!
