  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  • Preheat broiler. Place chicken legs on a baking sheet with parchment paper—brush the remaining bbq sauce on the chicken.
  • Broil for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and the skin crisps.
