Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 (14 oz) dried seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 ribs celery (diced)
  • ½ tsp ground sage
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • cups chicken broth
  • 2 (10 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Add sage, black pepper, salt, and onion powder to a small bowl. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle over both sides of the pork chops and add to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Top the pork chops with stuffing, celery, and onion.
  • Add chicken broth, chicken soup, and sour cream in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. Then, pour over the stuffing and chicken. (Do Not Mix)
  • Cover and cook on high for about 2½ to 3½ hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  • Remove pork chops and gently stir to combine stuffing and fluff it up.
  • Serve stuffing over pork chops, and enjoy!
