Add sage, black pepper, salt, and onion powder to a small bowl. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle over both sides of the pork chops and add to a 6-quart slow cooker.
Top the pork chops with stuffing, celery, and onion.
Add chicken broth, chicken soup, and sour cream in a medium bowl. Mix until well combined. Then, pour over the stuffing and chicken. (Do Not Mix)
Cover and cook on high for about 2½ to 3½ hours or low for 5-6 hours.
Remove pork chops and gently stir to combine stuffing and fluff it up.
Serve stuffing over pork chops, and enjoy!

For the easiest clean-up use a slow cooker liner! This way you're guaranteed to need for scrubbing.Be sure to add the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe card AND don't mix together so it cooks up with the right consistency.Use a 6-quart Slow Cooker. Or larger! This way there's enough room to fit all the ingredients. If using a smaller slow cooker you will need to extend the cooking time a bit.
