Crockpot Hot Dog Chili
This savory and slightly sweet Crockpot Hot Dog Chili is made with ground beef, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and a blend of simple spices, perfect for a lazy weekend cookout or a quick weeknight meal. Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium high head, add ground beef and cook until browned. About 5-7 minutes. Drain off excess grease and add to the crock pot.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and give everything a good stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on high for 1½ - 2 hours stirring occasionally.
- Serve over hot dogs and top with favorite toppings.
