Crock Pot Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 (8.5 oz) boxes of corn muffin mix
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of cream-style sweet corn
- 2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel sweet corn (drained)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1½ cups sour cream
- 2 large eggs beaten
- ½ cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a 6-quart slow cooker that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Notes
- To determine if the casserole is fully cooked, toothpicks are commonly used. Just insert a wooden toothpick into the center of the casserole. If the toothpick comes out clean, the casserole is ready. As a matter of fact, the toothpick test is as straightforward as that.
- To prepare in the oven, preheat it to 375°F. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and bake for approximately 35-45 minutes.
