Ingredients
  

  • 2 (16 oz) can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions
 

  • Add refried beans, sour cream, cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa and cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on low or for 2-3 hours or until heated through and cheese fully melts.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can swap out the Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese for a Mexican cheese blend to simplify the dip.
  • Top with fresh diced tomatoes and sour cream. Then, serve with tortilla chips or a sliced baguette.
