Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham

This Crock Pot Brown Sugar Pineapple Ham is a sweet and savory dinner entree that coats a spiral-cut ham with tangy Dijon mustard, sweet pineapple and brown sugar, and spicy cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger in a slow cooker for a melt in your mouth meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (6 - 8 lb) spiral-cut ham
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 (20 ounces) can crushed pineapple (keep juices)
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Instructions
 

  • Pour juice from crushed pineapple into the slow cooker.
  • Coat ham with Dijon mustard and place in the slow cooker.
  • Add brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ground ginger in a medium bowl. Mix and sprinkle it over the ham.
  • Pour crush pineapple over the ham and brown sugar mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on (high for 2½ to 3½) hours or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees.
  • When done cooking, remove ham, mix all the juices together, and pour over ham before serving.
