Creamy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese
This Creamy Crock Pot Mac and Cheese is easy to make and turns out perfectly smooth and velvety every time. You only need a few simple ingredients to have a delicious bowl of comfort that the whole family will love! Best of all, it is all made in the slow cooker.

Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz) box elbow macaroni noodles
- 4 cups milk
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded, DO NOT use pre-shredded cheese)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese (cut into 8 cubes)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Rinse pasta in cold water and drain. Add to the slow cooker.
- Add milk, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on low for 2½ hours. Stir halfway through to mix everything together.
- Fifteen minutes before cook time is up, add in sour cream. Mix well to incorporate and cover. Continue to cook for 15 minutes.
- Server while hot and enjoy.
