3

8
ounces
mild diced green chiles
⅓
cup
white onion
finely diced
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker with a non-stick cooking spray.
Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, and 1 cup of parmesan cheese to a medium bowl. Mix until well combined.
Then, fold in artichokes, green chiles, and onion. Place mixture in the slow cooker and spread out evenly. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover and cook on high for 1-1½ hours.
Serve with chips or baguettes and enjoy!
Notes
Chop the artichokes well:
Most canned varieties of artichoke hearts come halved or quartered, so you’ll need to chop them into bite-sized pieces
Set the pot to warm:
When ready to serve, set your crock pot to the warm setting so the dip doesn’t get cold.
Use Greek yogurt:
Try Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
