This Crock Pot Cheesy Chicken is a simple, comforting dinner made with tender shredded chicken, a creamy cheese sauce, and just a handful of pantry staples. Let the slow cooker do the work for you!
Add cheese soup, Rotel, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the crock pot. Mix until well combined.
Place the chicken in the sauce and toss to coat.
Cook on high for 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours or on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese and sour cream. to the crock pot. Toss until coated and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve over rice or noodles and enjoy!
