yellow onion
chopped

mustard

corned beef brisket
+ spice packet

garlic
minced

bay leaves

baby red potatoes
cut in half

low-sodium chicken broth

head of cabbage
cut into small wedges
Instructions
Chop onion and place it in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker. Then, rub the mustard over the corned beef and place on top of the onions.
Add spice packet, garlic, bay leaves, potatoes, and carrots. Then, pour in chicken broth.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Two hours before cook time is up add cabbage wedges. Cover and continue to cook.
Slice brisket before serving and enjoy!
