Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon (cooked and chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced into ½" thick pieces)
  • 1 russet potatoes (cubed into ¾" pieces)
  • 1 lb green beans (washed and cut in half)
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup yellow onion (diced)
  • 3 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Remove chop and set aside.
  • Add bacon, sausage, potatoes, green beans, broth, onion, garlic, and bacon to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  • In a small add salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder, thyme and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined and pour over everthing. Mix until well combined.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 5-6 hours.
  • Serve while hot and enjoy!
