Ingredients
44 thick-cut boneless pork chops
1½cupscups chicken broth
3tbspcornstarch
1mediumwhite onion(sliced)
8ozbrown mushrooms(sliced)
3clovesgarlic(minced)
1(10.5 oz.)cream of mushroom soup
1(10.5 oz.)cream of chicken soup
1tsponion powder
½tspthyme
1tspblack pepper
1tsppaprika
½tspItalian seasoning
Instructions
In a 6-Quart slow cooker, add the sliced onions and place boneless pork chops on top.
In a medium bowl, add chicken broth and slowly whisk in corn starch until smooth. Then, add in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well combined and pour over pork chops.
Cover pork chops with sliced mushrooms.
Add the lid to the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 ½ - 3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145° F.
