yellow onion
diced

fresh green beans

sirloin steak
(cubed into bite-size pieces)

petite red potatoes
(washed and quartered)

butter
(melted)

tablespoon
Montreal steak seasoning

teaspoons
garlic
(minced)
Instructions
Add the onions to the bottom of a 6-quart crock pot and place the green beans on one side.
Then, place the steak in the middle and the potatoes on the other side.
In a small bowl, add the melted butter, steak seasoning, and garlic. Whisk until well combined and pour over everything.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Serve while hot and enjoy!
Notes
Cut steak and potatoes into even pieces for uniform cooking.
Trim green beans and dice onion for even cooking and flavor blending.
Whisk melted butter, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning before pouring over ingredients.
Cook on low for extra-tender steak or high if short on time; check potatoes for doneness.
