Slow-cooked sirloin steak cubes are transformed into tender and juicy bites of heaven. With no guesswork involved, Crock Pot Steak Bites make it easy to enjoy perfectly cooked steak any day of the week!
Cut steak into bite-size pieces and add them to the Crock Pot. Then, add butter and onions on top.
Add garlic, beef broth, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and au jus gravy mix to a medium bowl. Whisk until well combined and pour over steak bites.
Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
Notes
Chuck roast, round steak, and stew meat can be used in place of sirloin. I highly recommend cooking on low for 7-8 hours when using these cuts of meat.
For extra flavor, sear the steak bites in 2 tbsp of butter or medium-high heat in 3 separate batches. This will add extra flavor and help the meat retain the juices.
