These Crock Pot Smothered Pork Chops are a creamy, flavorful dinner entree that combines boneless, thick-cut pork chops with a broth-based sauce, mushrooms, beefy onion soup mix, cream soups, and a zesty spice combination.

  • In a 6-Quart slow cooker, add the sliced onions and place boneless pork chops on top.
  • In a medium bowl, add chicken broth and slowly whisk in corn starch until smooth. Then, add in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Whisk until well combined and pour over pork chops.
  • Cover pork chops with sliced mushrooms.
  • Add the lid to the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 ½ - 3 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. Or until pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145° F.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice. Enjoy!
