boneless, skinless chicken breasts

coca cola

barbecue sauce

onion powder

mustard powder

garlic
minced

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In a 6-quart slow cooker, add Coca-Cola, barbecue sauce, onion powder, mustard powder, garlic, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place chicken in sauce and toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 2½-3½ hours.
Shred chicken with two forks in the slow cooker and mix into the sauce.
Serve on your favorite buns and enjoy!
Notes
Try using different cuts of chicken for saucy cola chicken wings or drumsticks. Adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Use a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking the chicken. 165* Fahrenheit is the temperature of fully cooked chicken.
Use a stand mixer and paddle attachment on low to shred the chicken in less than a minute. Don’t over-shred, or it will turn mushy!
