This slow cooker Lasagna with Ravioli is a delicious combination of frozen cheese ravioli, filling ground beef, your favorite spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes, and the perfect combination of seasonings for an easy crock pot dinner that will quickly be at the top of your list for weeknight dinner.
In a large skillet over medium heat add olive oil and garlic. Brown garlic for 30 seconds and then add ground beef. Completely brown and drain off remaining fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a 6-quart slow cooker add ⅓ of the sauce to the bottom and layer half of the ravioli over the sauce. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the top and repeat 1 more time.
Evenly spread the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

Don't hesitate to use your favorite frozen ravioli. You can select from cheese and spinach-filled ravioli, cheese ravioli, or even mushroom-filled ravioli.
