Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (1 oz) packets of chicken gravy mix
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  • Add soup, gravy, black pepper, onion powder, and water in a large bowl. Whisk until well combined. Then, pour over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks in the Crock Pot. Mix until chicken is coated in gravy.
  • Serve over rice or mashed potatoes, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Frozen Chicken:  If you want to use frozen chicken you will need to cook for the full 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.
  • Substitutions: Chicken Thighs  and chicken tenderloins work well in this recipe. If you plan on using chicken thighs. You will need to cook the chicken for the full 4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.
