  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour chicken broth over the top and add in seasonings.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2½ - 3½ hours or low for 4 - 5 hours or until the chicken reaches 165 ° F internal temperature.
  • Remove chicken and shred with two forks. For extra flavor, you can add the chicken back into the broth and mix it together.

Notes

Storing: Once the chicken is fully cooled, place it in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to five days.
