1 Refrigerated classic pizza crust ½ cup marinara sauce 1½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded ½ cup sliced pepperoni
Spray the inside of your crock pot with a nonstick cooking spray.
Roll out the pizza dough and press it into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the slow cooker.
Add cheese, and then top with pepperoni and your other favorite toppings.
Cover and cook on Low for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the crust edges are crispy golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the slow cooker.
Cut and serve while hot.
Be sure your cock pot is evenly coated with cooking spray so the pizza is easy to remove.
Try to keep the pizza crust as even as possible when pressing it into the bottom and up the sides of the crock pot.
If you add meats like sausage or ground beef to your pizza, be sure to cook them BEFORE topping the pizza with them.
