Ingredients

  • 1 Refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of your crock pot with a nonstick cooking spray.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and press it into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of the slow cooker.
  • Add cheese, and then top with pepperoni and your other favorite toppings.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the crust edges are crispy golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove from the slow cooker.
  • Cut and serve while hot.

Notes

  • Be sure your cock pot is evenly coated with cooking spray so the pizza is easy to remove.
  • Try to keep the pizza crust as even as possible when pressing it into the bottom and up the sides of the crock pot.
  • If you add meats like sausage or ground beef to your pizza, be sure to cook them BEFORE topping the pizza with them.
