Ingredients
- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¾ cup buffalo sauce
- 3 tbsp butter (melted)
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- ½ cup ranch dressing (for serving)
- 12 slider buns
Instructions
- Add chicken to your slow cooker.
- Add buffalo sauce, butter, black pepper, onion powder, ranch seasoning in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well combined and pour over chicken.
- Evenly place the cheddar cheese over the cream cheese over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours or on low for 6-7 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Add it back into the slow cooker and mix until well combined.
- Serve on slider buns and drizzle ranch over the top. Enjoy!
