Crock Pot No Peek Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 cups white Jasmine rice
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom
- 1¼ cups chicken stock
- 3 tsp garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (1 oz) Lipton® onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp parsley (fresh chopped)
Instructions
- Add rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, garlic, and black pepper to a crock pot. Mix until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Pour onion soup mix and parsley over the top.
- Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours or low for 5-6 hours. No peeking or it will take longer to cook.
- Serve while hot, and enjoy!
