petite gold potatoes
(washed and quartered)

tbsp
olive oil

tsp
salt

tsp
black pepper

tsp
paprika

tsp
dried oregano
½
tsp
onion powder
½
tsp
dried thyme
Instructions
Add potatoes to the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, onion powder and thyme over the top. Mix until all the potatoes are coated.
Cover and cook on high 2½-3½ hours or low for 4½-6½ hours. Cook until the potatoes are fork tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
You can garnish these potatoes with fresh herbs or grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
